How it works

From site plan to logistics sheet in three steps

Open the app, drop in your drawing and start planning. There’s nothing to download or install.

  1. Upload and calibrate

Add your site plan as a PDF or image and calibrate it over a live satellite, street or hybrid map. It stays pinned in place while you pan, zoom and rotate.

  2. Place plant and mark up

Drag or click true-size cranes, excavators, sheds, vehicles, fencing and signage onto the plan, then add arrows, dimensions, callouts and hatching.

  3. Export, and plan by phase

Export a print-ready PDF at A1, A3 or A4. Basic exports carry a light watermark. With Pro, organise everything into project phases and export a print-ready PDF at A1, A3 or A4 – complete with legend, logo and north arrow.

What is EasySiteSI?

EasySiteSI is a site logistics planner that works in your browser, with no install. Upload your site plan, mark up cranes, plant, fencing and routes, then export a clean PDF. It's built by Pareto Way Consulting and was formerly called Easy Logistics Planner (ELP).

How can I make a site logistics plan quickly?

Open EasySiteSI, add your site plan as a PDF or image and calibrate it over a live satellite, street or hybrid map. Then drag or click true-size cranes, sheds, vehicles, fencing and signage onto the plan, add arrows and callouts, and export a PDF.

Do I need CAD to draw a site layout?

No. You can start from a PDF or image of your site plan and do all the markup in your browser. If you do have CAD drawings, Pro can import DXF files. Got a DWG? Save it as a DXF from your CAD software first.

Who is EasySiteSI for?

It's made for the people who plan sites across construction, infrastructure, logistics and events: builders, site managers, project managers, infrastructure teams, logistics planners, event managers, estimators, planners and anyone who needs a clear site logistics plan quickly.

Pro is A$24.95 + GST per user per month, or A$249 + GST per user per year, and you can start with a 30-day Pro plan trial. No card is needed for the trial.

Are my plans stored online?

No. Your projects stay on your own computer as EasySiteSI files, even when you're signed in. Your account only holds your email and plan details, never your drawings.
