EasySiteSI is made by Pareto Way Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 94 644 074 555), an Australian Digital Engineering, BIM and AI consultancy founded in September 2020.

Pareto Way delivers Digital Engineering and BIM management services for building and infrastructure projects across Australia. Its work covers BIM management, model coordination and clash detection, Digital Engineering Execution Plans, BIM audits and compliance reviews, digital capability assessments, process optimisation, project controls and site logistics planning.

Pareto Way also helps businesses use AI to streamline their business and project processes. That includes finding where AI tools and automation can save time, building AI-assisted workflows for documents, reporting and coordination, and developing practical software such as EasySiteSI and EasySnipSI.

Why Pareto Way built EasySiteSI

Site logistics planning is one of Pareto Way’s consulting services. EasySiteSI puts that work in a browser, so site teams can put a site plan on aerial imagery at true scale, add cranes, fencing, site sheds, gates and routes, and export a clear PDF sheet for each phase, without CAD skills or an install.

EasySiteSI was formerly called Easy Logistics Planner (ELP). Pareto Way is a Victorian Government Innovation Grant recipient for its work on the Easy Logistics Planner (EasySiteSI).

Pareto Way also makes EasySnipSI, a snip and markup tool that sends plans straight into EasySiteSI.
